Summary
Congress has finally passed a relief package after Nancy Pelosi stalled negotiations until after the election. Soon, Americans will receive a $600 stimulus check on top of additional benefits for unemployed workers. We take you through the new stimulus deal that sounds more like a slap in the face than actual relief to the millions of struggling Americans.
