The Long-Aided Mystery Night, part five.

It's been so good to get back into the mystery night.

I feel like nobody has taken as long as me to read this book.

And it was very exciting to get back into the text.

We have so much to talk about.

There is so much happening. There's so much I don't know slash should know slash you know that I don't know. And I can't wait.

When you reread today, did you connect some of the dots that we might have missed slowly in the reading order before?

1,000 percent, yes. I thought you might because I was seeing things pop out a little bit more obviously to me at that point as well.

It's a much different experience.

So we both reread the first half of this book because it has been a little while.

It's a much different experience reading, speed reading through the story and having that higher top down view.

Yeah, because we spend so much time in the weeds, which is fun.

But being able to look at it from that different perspective,

I think connected a couple of dots for me, but I'm still too scared.

I feel like kind of scared to say him because I feel like a little bit of an idiot that I don't know because as soon as I

know, I'm going to feel like the world's biggest idiot probably. But that's the fun of this.

It's not a textbook. Even though a lot of us treat it like it is and whispered conversations at different

convention hallways outside of different panel rooms. A lot of people feel a lot of power based on book

knowledge, but it's not that big of a deal. I know, but I feel so much pressure to have to know what it is. I think it's fun that I don't, so I'm going to keep leaning into that. You know, it is fun and it has been fun, and it's kind of like the same energy. We were talking to McCall in our last episode about it, same energy of us not having wins in our laps right now. I know that there's a lot of feeling about wishing we had the conclusion. I want

to see what that first opening epilogue is. For example, I want to know about the Battle of Ice.

I want to know about the Battle of Fire. The list goes on. But the living within that the smoke of the

magic and the mystery of it is is fun and it was
