In these episodes, in this series of episodes, we demonstrate what it's like to use Dungeons and Dragons in therapy.

And the idea goes that when there's a lot of different ways to meet goals and therapy.

Goals and therapy like improve your self-esteem,

self-exploration, self-awareness, self-acceptance, social skills, all these things are things that a lot of people

go to therapy for and group therapy before, but instead of standing in a circle and talking about your feelings which is fine

you can also play a game and have fun during it and not even know that you're actually working on those things consciously in the moment.

And that's where Dungeons and Dragons theory comes in and more specifically that's where

game to grow and it is a nonprofit organization that is ever growing that is

involved in a lot of geek therapy if you will.

Utilizing Dungeons of Dragons, Minecraft, board games, all sorts of things that people like to do, and then you use it for therapy.

In the same way that art therapy, you use a form of communication and expression art that people like to do and you use it in therapy.

It's the same with using Dungeons and Dragons or Minecraft or other kinds of things.

It is a brand new form of therapy that has been not utilized enough yet. We predict through our nonprofit efforts and other

people's efforts around the world that we will propagate this around

the world and in 50 years it'll be as prevalent particularly for teenagers and young adults as any

other form of therapy but we as a nonprofit we have a we have a mission to not only help people directly because we

actually do provide services but also to help others to start to use these things.
