What up, film fans!

And this week we're going to be talking about the film that everybody's talking about, the recently released Thumbwood.

Is it HBO Max and also theatrical Dune, right?

Now elsewhere in the world it hasn't been released yet. So some places you still got a couple weeks left, but it's common.

I'm sure you'll see it or you'll figure out a way to see it at some point.

Uh, so yes, this is definitely going to be very spoiler-y, so if you don't want to be spoiled, make sure you put this episode on pause and come back and check it out after you've seen the film.

But if you don't care, we're talking about the released, recently released film Dune, directed by Denny Villanue, starring fucking everybody.

So we've got Timothy Shalame, we've got Josh Brolin, we've got Oscar Isaac, we've got Rebecca Ferguson, we've got Stella and Scarsgard.

We've got Dave Batista, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Memoa, Hobby of our Dem, and apparently Zendaya's in this film as well.

I guess, I mean, she's in there for at least a minute and a half, but she's all over the posters.

So I guess we can talk about what the deal is with that since I know a lot of people have been confused about that.

But here is the elevator pitch for Dune. Dune is the long awaited blockbuster adaptation of Frank Herbert's beloved novel.

It's set far in the future where we're thrown smack dab in the middle of a cosmic battle over the precious spice resource that is only found on the planet.

I feel like this is going to be a long elevator, right?

The planet or Rockis and we follow Paul and his family as they are entrusted with governing Iraqis, the domestic resource and the locals.

That is the elevator pitch because we're not going to get too much into it more because we're going to start peeling, peeling things back as we get on.

Yeah, that's right. As we get on the other side of things here. So first things first, let's talk about first impressions.
