Right now it's kind of complicated, I guess. I started being like part-time real estate, part-time

construction with my dad. So I guess I explain it a little better. From Sunday to Wednesday,

I do real estate, like I guess full time, like during those hours, I have the full day I do real estate like I guess full time like during those hours I

have the full day to do real estate. What are you doing real estate? Um so I have this schedule that

I've been trying to follow I haven't been the best I following in it I followed it for like a week

straight um like in this last like in the past three weeks i've followed it for a week straight like

strictly um what do you what do you do in real estate i'm trying to tell you the schedule

give me a second sorry sorry um so the schedule is like i wake up at five um go to the gym at six

get home at um what i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry let me pause you real quick okay okay sorry

because literally the only question i ask is what do you do in real estate, not as your call people. I'm an agent. I'm a real estate agent. Okay. So I guess my job, what I do in the house is calling people prospecting, following up. Just a lot of calling people is on the phone. Okay. to you're trying to get people to represent to either sell their house or buy their house? Or represent, yeah. And how's that gone so far? Yeah. How long have you been doing it? For, so actually one year, like this month. And it's actually like, like, to be honest, this month, this has been like the most money I've ever made.

Yeah. Like this month, I, like, I'm really proud of myself. I hope I'm proud of you. How much did you make? I, you know, what happened? 14. 14. Oh, sorry. That's okay. It just, it's, let me open this. 14,000. 14,000, yeah. Like a little bit over, but 14,000, yeah.

But I spent most of it, I think, something like that. Is this the first time you've made that money? Yeah. What do you mean you spent it? Where'd you spend it at? Like, so, like, there's a little bit of a backstory to that. Oh, is the go ahead. Story time. I'm criss-cross applesauce in front of the fireplace. Give it to me. I got you. So I was like, so I guess I got my license last year, um, in real estate. And like right after I got the license, I was like really confident about it. Like, oh yeah. like watching some realtors like, I'm going to call people, knock doors.

I'm going call people, knock doors. I'm gonna represent someone, um, sell their house, make a big check, like boom, boom. Yeah, and I kind of spent the, um, I kind of spent the money before it was on my pocket for a lot of the credit cards I had. When? Um, like like, I mean, it started last year, but like for a while, yeah.
