What was really fun is having Pete Davidson and Paul Dano working together.

Oh, my God.

Because in the best way, I mean, Paul incredibly prepared, incredibly methodical,

be calling me the night before being, I'm not sure about this line.

And I'm thinking Pete Davidson's in the scene with him.

I don't know if we're going to get to that line.

Because, but Pete, like, you know, he's very funny in the film, but like, he's doing it

from a very character-driven place.

So in that final scene where they're grilling him and trying to get him ready for the

testimony, my only direction to Pete was, like,

you're trying to break him.

in the same category in 2002, 2003, following a screening of the film at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles, 2010 and 2023.
