I'm so sorry for making you wait. I just kept thinking about what's going to be the perfect third episode.

So today we are going to be talking a little bit more about learning to be more selfish, whether it's at work or in the beginning of a relationship.

How to become more confident, which is by the way, like the main thing of this whole bootcamp is more to do with how you feel by yourself,

because then it translates to how you feel about the people and what you're at track.

And then how to forgive the old you and forgiving your past and avoiding those negative thoughts that sometimes you just get stuck on.

And then also how to let go of the whole spiel of the right guy wrong time type of mindset, because it's wrong.

And I'll tell you why in a little bit.

Next episode, the next solo episode, Dumb Beach Bootcamp is going to be all about having a roster of good men,

conducting a good first date and learning how to talk to the opposite sex with confidence. There is steps to it, and I will teach you on the next one.

Okay, so before I start, I was talking to my sister and she told me that she didn't love the name Dumb Beach Bootcamp.

She feels like for whole series on trying to empower women, the name kind of puts women down.

So I did want to get your thoughts on it.
