Today we got the Cincinnati Bengals de facto general manager and director of player personnel,

Duke Tobin, in his annual preseason media address.

This is taking the place of Mock Turtle Soup Day, more or less.

It doesn't look like Mike Brown will be made available to the media at any point in this

preseason process this year, unless something changes in the coming weeks. But we do have a lot

of news coming out of that, including updates on the Bengals' unrestricted free agent signings, updates on

some Bengals roster moves to get down to 80 players, and why today is the

day that the Bengals picked to get to 80 players. We're going to start with all that news.

Then we'll get into a further detail breakdown of some of the more interesting things Duke Tobin

had to say in his press conference, and then we'll continue our preseason positional preview with the cornerback position where the Bengals have brought in really a load of players and will have some hard decisions to make toward the end of the roster.
