I'm going to read you a headline from the Wall Street Journal and I'd be curious to get your response to this.

It says, sliding earnings estimates pose next test for markets.

And I read this to you because it seems like every headline these days or almost every headline is a related to the economy,

is bad, worse or worstest?

Am I misreading the tea leaves here?

Well, to be fair, the Wall Street Journal is talking about earnings in the stock market,

which is a very selected part of what you might call the economy.
