It's going to be like, what, Walter Cronkite? Is that a real popular guy? He used to be. I don't know if he's super popular anymore, but he used to be. He was what? He was like a huge historical news anchor. Well, he was one of the guys back in the day when there were only three people in the country to listen to. you know i'm'm sure ABC had one, you know, had somebody NBC and CBS. And when shit happened, you went in it and you just tuned into one of those stations or it just kind of took over the entire, you know, the entire airwaves. So yeah, a lot of people got their news from Walter Cronkite growing up. Speaking of news anchors, like I was watching, I because there's so much going on, I watch a bit of The Daily Show and I like, you know, I dig on the new Trevor Noah. John Stewart, probably one of the best ever. But then I was thinking, man, do I think the way I do politically, which I don't need to share fully because my news source is, you know, a decent source of a view at the news for me is

the Daily Show. And I think some people that don't know it that well think, that's just

that's just kind of like a political humor show. But I mean, they do some heavy shit in that show.

Yeah, but some real deal. Go ahead. Make no mistake about it. They have an agenda. That's the

left wing agenda. And, you know, the Republicans with Rush Limbaugh, that's the right. You know, it's entertainment. But like, white-ling, white. They do make fun of all, though. I mean, they definitely mean, if you're up in the political arena or, you know, or different types of news, then they'll still rip on you, whether you're Democratic or a Republican or whatever.

They'll gently poke fun of the side that they like in a way that we can all laugh at

and then completely, you know, defile the other side.

Fair enough, I'll take that.

So it's a little bit sneaky there.

We were talking just before we started this show, man. And it was like, I was watching them. And they're going to pick the most eccentric person. Don't get me wrong to interview on the floor in the hallway of the Republican National Convention. So they pick some lady that's got like a glitter-style cowboy hat on with the American flag and like glitter all over her shirt.

I think she had an American flag painted on her face. And I was like, holy cow, what kind of people go to these things? This is wild. Oh, man. I started thinking the same fucking thing. I've been thinking the same thing since I was 10 years old and seeing these people just like cheering like their life depends on it. You know, I mean mean they're cheering like their team is about to win
