practices or daily-ish practices including meditation, her social media hygiene,

specifically how she stays sane with 80 million people following her on

In other words, how she makes everybody feel comfortable speaking up even though she is definitely the boss and is also a panoramically famous person.

Why she had to write 97 songs to make this one album which only has 11 songs and her concept of writing

order to be good.
