Did you know that eggs don't expire on the date

that it says on the carton? That's like I recently learned this.

Were you up on this? I did not learn that until everybody responded to me today

today and told me that. Yes. Today o'clock. How do you know this? What is the deal?

Well because I had eggs that had expired sometime maybe in I want to say early to mid March in my fridge and I was trying to figure out if they were still usable so I started going googling around. It turns out there's a trick, which is if you drop them in water and they don't float, no good. But if they do float, Bueno.

Well, this is good to know.

I wish I had paid attention to freshness of objects in my refrigerator because while I was writing the

actually wait I'm lying I'm gonna interrupt you.

So if it floats, it's not good?

floats is bad.

If the eggs sink and lay down, all good. If they float, they're bad. Maybe there's some food

scientist who listens to Popgas that can maybe explain why that is.

But that is a thing that I learned and I learned that the eggs in question Garbaggio.

So, threw them out. But now you know for future reference if you can remember the way that I got right.
