Welcome, welcome, welcome to episode 245 of the Distraction Pieces Podcast with Scroobius Pip! A very warm and welcome HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all, it’s wonderful to have you back for what is guaranteed to be a HEAVY year for the Distraction Pieces Network! We begin with the conclusion of the four part DrunkCast spectacular, yes people, it’s that time where we say goodbye to the squad but not just yet - we still have an entire episode to enjoy!
This ties up many loose ends from previous episodes, and also gives many gifts and recollections of 2018, which range from a storming Get Cape Wear Cape Fly DJ set at We Are Lizards (Pip’s club night), the strength and courage of some very hardcore police force members during a London terror attack which developed some incredible acts of positivity, Chris’s hell year (which includes, among heavier subjects, his, ummm, bits and pieces and reparation thereof), the topic of relationships in general including that great porn elephant in the room, celibacy, exciting collaboration news, 2019 predictions and the voices of Mrs Glasson and the late Mr Glasson at the end to wrap things up in a very emotional bow. Past the booze and frequent coarse language, we have a truly lovely team here, ladies and gentlemen. Please, enjoy the company of Pip, Stu and Chris - the original DrunkCast squadron!
