3:58.3	Okay, so this is what I wrote.
4:01.3	Walking out on the land, I am stripped naked, laid bare, emptied, all unnecessary thoughts fall away.
4:11.3	Each step, like a heartbeat, brings me back to my center. Each breath, like undulating waves,
4:20.5	weaves the present moment into being. I am become the grass, the earth, the trees, my mind
4:29.6	reaching heavenwards,
4:31.6	all of nature speaks to me,
4:36.6	communicates in simplicity.
4:40.6	I observe the beauty of stone and moss,
