therapy's going and I am glad to say that my anxiety is down quite a bit according to my own answers.

That's good news.

My depression is up quite a bit according to my answers which I thought were

real measured so that's a little weird but I think I'll be okay you know

I tell them Brett I see the light at the end of the tunnel I think

And it's just gonna take a little bit more work from me and and you know that's that's great that makes me feel real good I just I have been working very hard on myself and you know just a sad guy I can't help it
