Well I suppose it depends if you're with the same person all day that could become

profoundly annoying if you said it I don't know a hundred times oh so you're

you're thinking say it once with each person that you meet in the day.

Yeah, but there's going to come a point where you're going to have to sort of crowbar it into the conversation.

Surely it's not strictly relevant if you're say meeting a mortgage advisor.

Or maybe it is I don't know if you're talking to your

GP yeah I think it's relevant for mortgages you could say of course back in the day I

was going you know one and a half percent in interest rate and blah blah blah back in the
