I'm Caroline Cheatham.

0:10.6

And I'm Nick Fage.

We'll be back in a second. Today on the podcast, we've actually got something a little bit different. The pod's in sort of two halves.

0:39.4

We've obviously got the latest from court of the trial of Chris Tribus, and that's because the court had Friday and Monday off for the bank holidays.

0:49.4

They're back in today, Tuesday, and what's happening this week is we're coming to the end of the case, really.

0:55.5

The barristers will make their final arguments to the jury.

1:53.5

last week. All of the defence witnesses had been called, they'd given their evidence,

1:58.7

they'd been discharged. And then what we were expecting

2:01.8

to happen is the closing arguments of the barristers would begin. But it didn't happen. And that's

2:08.1

because one of the defence witnesses was recalled, recalled to give more evidence. And that

2:15.0

witness was Chris Tribus, the man on trial. And Nick, it's not totally

2:20.3

unheard of, but it's a bit unusual. That's right, yes. It's not unheard of Caroline, but it's not
