part two of our post-draft roster reset series.

The defense, each player, top battles, biggest strengths and question marks, each unit,

the entire defense as a whole, we are reviewing it all.

Before we crack in on the defense, a quick disclaimer here on the positions.

I want to refer to the players how they're listed on the roster, but I do think this defense

requires a bit more nuanced than just labeling a player or pigeonholing them into one group.

So I'm going to go through it by the book, but we have to cover a player like Zach

Seeler, for instance, a defensive tackle through the lens that he kicks out to the five

technique in the four eye position as a defensive end in those odd fronts, your three, four

alignments, and it's across the defense with players like Kyle Lewis, with a player like

Ronnie Harrison, with a player, quite frankly, like

Zane Anderson, who can play in the slot and safety.

You have guys all over this defense that can do multiple things, so just keep that in mind.

As we pivot now directly into the defensive tackles, I call them the big boys.

They're just the biggest players in the defense.

They're primarily inside guys that can kick

out to the edge. But on paper, by the books, they are defensive tackles. The players,

Zach Seeler. And he finishes the year, I think Zach could be the first one to tell you that he had

a down year by Zach Seeler standards, which are some of the best defensive tackles in football,

because that's what he was in 23 and 24, right? But he still winds up finishing the year with
