So I know the term inject this into my veins became like overused pop culture.

And for the uninitiated, that was a term that came from

the show The Simpsons, where was it not Barney. I forget the guy that the frequent bar customer

that, you know, wanted to have the Duff injected straight into his veins. That's me after this

press conference here, because I thought so many of what you heard, and I used

my favorite clip off the top there from John Eric Sullivan, but so much of what you heard

was consistent and aligned. And that was what I came, what I came out of this with and what

I went into it hoping we would get. And on top of that, I think you've learned

about these guys in terms of there's not a lot of like nonsense, right? Like it is detailed,

grinders, guys that have put in 20 years in this industry plus of really putting their nose to

the grindstone and being serious about the work and being committed to the process and understanding there are no shortcuts in this business if you're going to get to the top because there's so much talent and not that many jobs in these high-ranking positions in this league and in this profession and a culture of toughness and of being direct and how it's all got to work

together with the culture of the players, the coaches, everything together was what I came
