a little bit um you know i just uh rookie year to second, I love asking guys this question about the process of, you know,

you go from bowl game to pro day, to combine, to all that stuff that involves like track

workouts, and then you get here and you got to learn a playbook and go back out for practice,

and you don't really get much time to yourself. But now that you've had a full year as a dolphin and an offseason to digest all of it,

how valuable was that first year and how excited are you for the second year here in Miami?

Very valuable.

Valuable.

Of course, the first year was a little long for the fact that I had to go through combine training training and, you know, doing a whole bunch of stuff

to get to this point. So, and then not only that, you know, long season, a longer season

than I'm used to and used to in college. So, I mean, it's good to get that first year out

the way, you know, experience it. I mean, I'm glad to experience it. I'm blessed. You know, I'm just
