On today's show, it is good to be back and i don't feel good i have a lot i want

to get to including wrapping up the free agent breakdowns charlie heck and ben sims on the show today

i'm going to tell you about my not so good terrible horrible weekend and why the show is coming out

later than i planned on and we're going to go over free agency as a whole across the national football league

and talk about the Dolphins approach to the entire thing.

I had a nice rhythmic plan to the show last week with regards to how the free agent

analysis portions were going to go.

And then I got wiped out by about 14 different

ailments from a minor medical perspective. Don't worry about me. I'm fine. Much smaller potatoes

in terms of things that can't happen to a person, but I've had a pretty rough go of it here.

I'll get to that here in just one second. But because of that, we had to delay the Charlie Heck and Ben

Sims analysis. Apologies to those two guys because they deserved to be in that week last week,

but sometimes things just happen the way they do. So I wrote up Charlie Heck last year

during the tackle capsules. Let me go ahead and pull it up real quick because here is what I
