I would argue that the Falcons last seven seasons is the worst place to be in the national football league.

After the devastating loss in Super Bowl 51, they returned to the playoffs in 2017,

won in the wild card round, and lost to the eventual champion Eagles in the division round.

But then they wound up winning five games, or seven games, rather, in five of the next six seasons.

They bought him out in 2020 at four and 12, a year that got Matt Ryan injured.

They fired Dan Quinn after an 0 and 5 start.

Rahim Morris takes over as the interim head coach goes four and seven, and they hire

Arthur Smith, who comes in and goes seven and ten for three straight years.

And two of those years were in the post-Mat-Rine era

and sort of building it around Desmond Ritter, which was always a tough task. I mean, look

where Ritter is in his career at this point. And that goes belly up, and they wind up bringing
