He also spoke in that interview about his favorite part about the game of football being that it requires all 11 to do their job in every single play. You can have a play well designed. You can have it well blocked. You can have the right running back in the right position, basically. And if you get one job that doesn't fulfill their job, then the whole thing does not work. And he likes that team element of it. He's a team builder, a draft lifeblood type of guy. He's worked in an organization for the Packers that for years and years and years did not really utilize free agency as a way to build their football team, but rather built things through the draft. You'll hear him talk about that and answer here later on from that same interview in the soundbites.
