Here's what we know, man. Players crave structure and discipline and consistency.

And so if you're able to do that, then you have stability.

And I think once the players get a feel for what Jeff Hathley, what John Eric Seldman

want to put together, I think they'll buy in.

thanks for your time did it man I appreciate having you on hey thanks for having me on so you just

told me you're a Miami heat fan that's that's news to me I wasn't aware of that. How'd that come to be? So coaching high school ball out in California, you're always looking to programs that have consistency in those things. If you think about Pat Riley, you think about heat culture, and all that other stuff. If you think about the conditioning, the discipline, the detail, the development, it works for me. And so just going all in on that, it just kind of led me in. And then when you think about the success that they've had over the years, I've just all been all in on it. And you kind of think that might translate to the football side, right? Because Miami is a different market, and you kind of touched on that before we got on the air here. Yeah, so in thinking about that, right, you think about the trappings of the nightlife in Miami

and how you just have to avoid the distractions.

I think about the Miami Heat setting a blueprint for how the dolphins can operate in terms

of a very disciplined and detail-oriented program, how you demand a lot of your players. Some of that is to protect them against themselves, but also to understand here's where we are. This is what has worked here. And so why not steal some ideas from what has been a very successful program in the NBA? And they're kind of going that route for the Packers, right? We're calling ourselves Packers South, at least fans are right now. And you have experience in the Packers organization.

You might have been there back when Sully was back there in the early 2000s.

So look, there's always some crossover. So having played there under Ron Wolf and having

gone to the Seattle Seahawks as a scout, like all those isms, those nuggets that Ron Wolf started, everyone that has been
