These are almonds from Valencia coated with a Himalayan sea salt and a little drizzle of Italian

olive oil from a friend of mine's olive oil farm in not tuscany somewhere nearby.

So, anyway, lots to get through. It's going to be the usual clusterfuck of me not knowing anything

that I'm doing because I am on my own here. Apparently, Brian, the producer is gonna try and produce

charts, but I'm in charge of everything here. And generally, I'm chaotic and I don't know what I'm

doing and I do have elements of ADD or more than elements of ADD. So, we'll try the best I can.

I will swear, so just to warn you because I have a tendency square at swear, I don't have children,

so I can do what the fuck I want. Anyway, so, let's get on with the clusterfuck. I'm gonna firstly give
