Today I’m going to share an inexpensive and effective natural remedy for inflammation in the digestive tract.
This remedy can be used for conditions such as:
• Gastritis
• Irritation in the esophagus
• Ulcers
• Hernias
• Diverticulitis
• Crohn’s disease
Antibiotics are a common treatment for digestive problems. But, antibiotics can have side effects.
We’re going to look at a natural alternative for intestinal inflammation that won’t sterilize the body or diminish and change your microbiome. This remedy will actually support your relationship with your gut microbiome.
The best natural remedy for inflammation in the digestive tract is cabbage juice. Depending on the severity of your inflammation, you may want to consume one cup to one quart or liter of cabbage juice a day. Just make sure it’s fresh raw organic cabbage juice—it can be green or red.
Cabbage, in general, seems to be the best food for people who deal with digestive issues. Cabbage has four interesting factors that can help support the digestive tract, including:
1. Vitamin U
2. Sulforaphane
3. Vitamin C
4. L-glutamine

0:58.8 | and a lot of people take antibiotics. I mean, each year, it's like 73 billion antibiotics are |
1:06.0 | prescribed. I mean, if you do the math, I think this comes out to, and I'm correct me if I'm wrong, |
1:10.4 | I think it's like nine or 10 antibiotics for every man, woman, and child on this planet. That's a lot |
1:16.3 | of antibiotics. And the problem with antibiotics is that they may kill a good percentage of |
1:21.8 | friendly bacteria in your gut. But what about those bacteria that survive, right? You ever hear the |
1:28.4 | expression, what won't kill you will make you stronger? Well, that's exactly what happens when |
1:34.8 | you take antibiotics. The microbes that survive become super bugs, okay? They can then release what |
1:42.3 | is technically called a can of whoop-ass on your body. They can create all sorts of problems because |
1:48.4 | the relationship initially was friendly. Now that relationship is not too friendly, okay? Some of |
1:54.0 | these microbes that did not create a problem become more pathogenic in the relationship like E. coli |
2:00.5 | and San Manila and H. Pallori Candida, which at one time, you know, lived in peace with your |
2:06.7 | system. But now they're very antagonistic and they can create all sorts of inflammation in your |
