| 0:59.6 | This HPA stands for hypothalamus pituitary adrenal. |
| 1:04.3 | So when you perceive stress through your brain, it goes through these different levels and |

| 1:11.4 | And so now your body can start adapting to stress with the help of cortisol. |
| 1:15.0 | So cortisol kind of goes through these organs and adjust the organs to deal with this stress. |
