You know what? To tell you the truth, I put it on pause because I see a lot of people coming down from New York and New Jersey, from Connecticut, a lot of Connecticut plates down here.

So I'm trying to stay away from people right now.

You see, that's interesting.

They might reopen and everybody's a little leery and they don't rush back to the restaurants.

They're a little afraid.

So the governor said that next week they will start opening parts in New York State.

The first thing that's opening is the Southern Tier.

Now, everybody's saying to themselves, what the hell is the Southern Tier?

Did you know we had a Southern Tier? What is that?

Oh, yeah. I'm from Upstate. I know all about the Southern Tier.

Oh, I forgot. What is the Southern Tier?

Well, the Southern Tier is Binghamton down there along the border with Pennsylvania,

southern part of the state.

Oh, it's that strip that, that line that goes across the northern border of Pennsylvania.

That's right. That's the southern tier, yes.

The southern tier. Oh, okay. I don't know. What is there to open up there? Is there anything up there?
