known to man I sent you a photo so that you can support my claim at one point I shit

you not I was kayaking for two hours I kayaked for two hours it was like 9 30 in the morning

or 10 o'clock we went out my wife my daughter we're doing the kayaking brought the kid out

I was doing all the work right I was grinding doing all the work and I didn't think the

sun was going to be that bad now in my history I've got some monumental sunburns I should

have known better I've got at least three significant sunburns that are no joke and

this one was pretty bad my legs and you've seen the picture Jesse it looked like if

you took raw pizza dough and then started to spread pasta sauce over it like that division

that line between like the ultra light side and then the pasta sauce side with the deep

red is what my my thigh look like where my shorts were and it's still red it's been

almost a week now and they still hurt Jesse is this bad I have Ashkenazi Jew and Ukrainian

in my bloodline I feel your pain more than you know because this has happened to me too

far too many times it's bad when like all right so let's say you were out there with like

family friends whoever and they see your legs like 30 minutes after you get out of the

water and they're just like oh my god like as soon as as soon as you you hear that because

I've been on that end so many times it's not a good feeling how are your legs feeling

right now here's well let me tell you why it happened let me tell you what the main reason

that my legs got got burned was so about six years ago I decided I was going to go with
