that you can be. And so now that I'm not, you know, training for Sundays anymore, you

know, what am I training for? I still have to be training for it. I still have to have

a goal and a purpose, you know, with each workout. So I probably don't get in the weight

room as much now as as I used to, but I do, I do like, you know, feeling powerful. I feel

like that's what, you know, getting in the weight room does. So I still like to, you

know, get probably too good, heavy, lower body lifts each week. And then, you know, get

some of those buys and try, you know, a little bit of each workout too. But other than that,

it's, I like to, I like to be outside. I like to be active. It's more of a cross training

mentality now, I think. So it's mountain biking or just kind of taking, I got a fat tire

bike that I'll just ride on the sand on the beach in San Diego or, you know, hiking, just,

you know, going on walks with my wife, you know, doing just kind of some oddball workouts
