Well, I want to comment on two things and then Scott, we're going to come back to you.

One of the things that I want to talk about that Scott actually addressed that I actually

was, I found out through therapy, that's what my first depression was about.

I had accomplished everything that I wanted in life, but nobody ever told me to recalibrate

your dreams.

Nobody told me to assess your life.

And if you really think about it, I didn't get on until I was 28.

Everybody thought I was 22, 23 years old.

I was 28 when I got on.

But I accomplished a whole bunch of shit in like four years, four or five, six years.

Like by the time I was 32, I had accomplished everything that I just about said I was going

to do and my wills were spinning.

If you think about it, think about it.

Most people who think about their dreams, you sort of see yourself.

For accomplishing your dream at like 80 and being you die.

Or like you're going to be working your life trying to accomplish your dreams.

If you really think about it, that's what most people think is going to take a lifespan.

Whether you old or you die, you think you're going to die at 26, however.

But nobody ever tells us that we have to reassess our dreams.

And like Scott and Corey said, you also have to assess and give yourself credit and be thankful
