Why I do that why I watch things over and over and over and it's an anxiety thing people with anxiety tend to do this because

If you watch something where you know it what's gonna happen

You don't have to be anxious, right? Yeah, now I do this suit with a lot of TV shows that like I've seen hundreds of times

But always throw them on it and I just help me fall asleep. Yep. That's the ticket
