two former guests. And let me tell you what, I am so grateful

for Natalie and Nicole, who have both also been on the show, for introducing me to Mary, because

today's conversation is so rich and good and full for a lot of different reasons. I'm not going to spoil

at all. But I want to introduce you to

Mary Morrance before we start today's episode. She grew up in a single wide trailer in rural

West Virginia. She was the first of her immediate family to go to college. Then she went off to

get a law degree from Yale. After ditching six-figure salary law firm offers in London and New York,

she started a business

with her husband, Justin, and now they've built a successful online platform for creative
