Liz, good to see you. Dream big and Win. Tell me about the genesis of this. What made you decide to write a book?

Hi Diane, so great to be here with you. So I decided to write this book, Dream Big and Win, because when I was in my

20s, when I started my career and started my company, I wished I had found a book like this. I did read every business book I could get my hands on

but a lot of them were very much how to do this and then do that and then do this and do that and then do that and do that and a little dry and you know didn't they

didn't talk about the mistakes that were made along the way and what not to do and

I wanted something where I understood the business person or the

entrepreneur better because I love biographies I learned so much from biographies and

so I wanted some of that so So as a result, I wrote this where, you know, I could basically talk about everything I learned along the way.

And I made many, many mistakes, did some things right and did some things wrong, and did some things wrong.

I wanted to share all of it and talk about what to do

And one last thing, I tried to make it very entertaining. I was vulnerable, I was authentic, I really

opened up because those are the kind of books. And so it's kind of like a fast-paced beach read business read or business read be
