| 1:28.9 | And he'll sign it immediately, I think. |
| 1:32.9 | And it'll be in effect for the next election cycle. |
| 1:37.0 | And, hey, and just everybody knows, too, redistricting, this is based on the census. |
| 1:42.3 | That happens every 10 years by the Constitution. |
| 1:44.9 | You take the population to stay, you break, there is a set number that's recalculated every 10 years. |
