draw God's favor into your life. You know, the Bible says Jesus increased in favor with God and man.

You can increase in God's favor. It's up to you. Now let me tell you a true story of walking in

God's favor. So back in 2017, my husband Rodney was driving past this junkyard day after day,

and he noticed it for sales time. He asked around town and someone told him

it was for sale for about a million dollars but had been reduced to 700,000. First of all, I said,

Rodney, you're wanting to buy a junkyard the same year. I'm writing a book called Declutter Your Way

to Success. So my husband calls the owner and negotiated with him,

and the man who was asking for 700,000 said he would come down to 400,000. But listen to this.

increases your assets, especially in the area of real estate.

But get this, we bought a junkyard, a five acre piece of land originally for sale for $1 million.
