This week we're talking about the drama triangle.

Let me give you some background about what kind of sparked this conversation.

I, we're down in Florida still.

You probably heard last podcast, we're down here.

I'm visiting some family.

I'm actually at my grandmother's house who's, she's 91, going going to be 92 this year so we're spending

some time with her and working remotely from beautiful Florida even though it's a

little cool sometimes last week she invited me to come to her church with her.

And obviously I grew up in kind of a very religious household, so it's not out of the frame of me to end up going with my grandmother when I'm visiting.

And I went to church, I haven't been to church in a long time

since I've had some paradigm shifts and some

different personal development stuff.

And I was sitting in church this week, listening to the message with my grandmother.

It was just me and her sitting there, obviously the crowd of other people.

And I was listening to the speaker talk and I really noticed a lot of victim villain

villain, hero language in the message that was coming in the church this week.

What does that mean?

And we're going to talk about that in a minute, but basically there was this notion that, and I'm actually

going to turn over to you in a second, Tony, to talk about the drama triangle itself.

And it's kind of give a context of why this came up in conversation.
