Do you have any drama in your life?

Do you have a dramatic or theatrical friend or two

who's always coming in heart with a problem,

with some challenge, with some complaint, with some

complaint,

criticism,

with something that just feels like it has a lot of momentum.

But somewhere deep within you,

you feel like,

oh, here we go again or here the cyclone hits one more time or oh my

I wonder how long it's going to take us to get over this.

Now, I have worked as a life coach with a lot of people who come to me and they go,

oh, you know, I'm calm and chill, but my coworkers are just really highly strong, or my partner is, you know, always worrying about everything, or my best friend, she's always like such a drain on me because she's always you know

complaining about her boyfriend or complaining about her job and wants to talk about

it for hours and look I get it we can never control other people sometimes when they are in a mental state that brings

stress to us. We feel like it brings stress to us. It can be a little uncomfortable and it can feel like, oh, this is consuming me and it's something that I don't want.

Well, my friend, if this is true in your life in any of your relationships, I want you to hear this. Drama requires energy

in order to survive. Let me say that again.

Drama needs energy.

It requires momentum in order to survive.
