The will he won't heed, Chas Coleman situation, it continues this week.

But the real story in terms of Chas Coleman has nothing to do with this week.

It has something to do with later on in the summer.

That's coming up in segment number three. Josh Ward is going to talk a lot of baseball, some SEC spring meetings, and more in segment number two. But first, we hit on Chas Coleman. That's the big topic this week,

and it's been a big topic for Tennessee fans for quite some time. We're going to hit on that

here at the top right here on a Thursday lockdown balls. And of course, I am your host,

Eric Kane. Thanks for being here. All right. So Chas Coleman, the will he, won't he?

He was a huge transfer portal get for Tennessee.

He was the jewel of the class and the transfer portal.

Okay?

And he started off and he got here on campus and he was working out and going through spring practice and all that.

And then he started becoming hit or miss there with spring practice and wasn't in practice every single day

and taking some time, some personal, taking some time away in terms of some personal reasons and all that.

And Josh Hopple was asked spring practice a couple of times.

He was asked of the big orange caravan.

He's been asked several different times since then.

Hey, where is Chas Coleman in this whole thing?

And Josh Hopples remained pretty, pretty state.

He's remained pretty consistent, I guess I should say, in terms of, hey, Chas Coleman's been dealing with the personal matter. We're here to support him. You know, the next step for him is to be, you know, around his teammates every single day. Until that happens, we're here to support him. And that's just kind of all I have in terms of that regard. You know, that's been a roundabout paraphrasing, of course, the response from Josh Hypo and ask about Chad's Coleman. Well, you know, players went home for a couple of weeks and now they're, you know, back this week in terms of that next phase of the offseason, the fourth quarter of the offseason strength and conditioning program. And the next thing is like, hey, it's Chad's Coleman here. Okay. It's Chas Coleman arriving this week for Tennessee. But my thing is, it's so much more than this week. It's, if Chas Coleman is here going through workouts this week, and we'll see as the week goes on exactly if he is, if he's taking part in a workout, if he's on campus with his teammates and all that as the week goes along.
