Summary

In this episode, Lorenz and Shaw go back and forth in a snake-style draft, selecting Michigan football players to form teams that face each other.

The draft begins with some usual suspects, with Aidan Hutchinson, Jalen Mayfield and Ambry Thomas serving among the first players picked. From there, the draft proves to be an indictment of which Michigan football players are irreplaceable, and which position groups have wide-open position battles. Among the most coveted players are offensive tackles, defensive backs and linebackers, while quarterbacks and interior offensive linemen fall due to uncertainty over who will start.

The two proceed to draft 26 players apiece — 11 starters on offense and defense, one flex player on each side of the ball and a punter and kicker apiece. Be sure to check out the full teams in the comments section, and weigh in with your opinions on the teams.

It's basically a two-team draft.

So Steve and I will be competing, sort of, looking at basically drafting a starting lineup.

1:05.7

And then you can have, so I was thinking, Steve, we can have the starting 22, and then maybe one flex player on each

side of the ball, and then the punters and kickers.

1:34.5

So one way this, one thing this will do is it will showcase who we think are the most valuable players on the team,

1:40.4

which players would you start the team around, and then kind of quietly talk about who we believe will or will not win position battles, too.

1:50.4

So, Steve, do you want to go first or second?

1:53.1
