We're here because we were midway through a podcast a couple days ago.

It was on Tuesday. We're recording this on a rainy

Thursday in Tallahassee and Comcast decided to do what Comcast does best

which is not work two weeks in a row of my internet not working and then Chris's internet not working

not in that order necessarily but it was comcastic it was frustrating so we're

kind of starting from scratch here and we're going to talk about a variety of

topics today guys starting

off with the NFL draft I know a week late but just a couple things because we got a

bunch of questions about the draft and people kind of want us to put a little perspective on it.

And let's start off what I think is the most pressing topic when talking about

FSU and the draft and that is Dalvin Cook falling to the second round.

Bob, I'll show up with you. Was that... falling to the second round.

Bob El Shrov with you, was that surprising to you

that Dalvin goes 41st to the Minnesota Vikings,

he went that late in the second round?

I think the only surprise really

was that a player that gifted offensively was still on the board and that no teams that are in the playoffs picking late in the first round decided to you know go for him I thought the shoulder injuries the

three shoulder surgeries were going to be more of a factor than the supposed

character and off field concerns, but Dowling's a guy who can help immediately

whether he's your primary back on first and second downs, if he plays on third downs,

and you know as we talked about with the shoulder injuries he can
