I want to get right into it because we do have some Twitter on the 20 today.

We've got some great questions flying in. I tweeted it out late last night. Give us your

questions. Give us your insights. I will compile those as we go along and we will ask

some of those questions trying to get to as many as possible. But I wanted to start with

holes to fill. Of course, there's a lot of intrigue around the coaching decision, a lot of intrigue around
