wilkie i know around this time of year you've been known to sing some version of the christmas song it's the most wonderful time of the year we're going to get a few bars of that today uh no but we both that's the most wonderful time of the year. We're going to get a few bars of that today? Uh, no, but we both, that's the time of the year for sure, but that's not going to happen.

Well, you are actually lucky that you're getting the invite today because you went to a Buffalo

Bisons game recently. It's minor league baseball, but they have Vlad Grohl Jr., one of the top

prospects in Major League Baseball right now. and not only did you drive through the current city where I'm

living but you stayed the night in my hometown of Niagara Falls and didn't even

text me or call me absolutely unforgivable. Well here's the thing I knew that you

were just so busy preparing for this podcast I thought I'd give you the time to get your stuff done.

It's true. We have been putting in some long days and watching a lot of tape. And I even like going through like interviews with players as well just to get a feel for their personality, their confidence level, whatever you can take away from that. It's like all just it's so many like puzzle pieces that

we're just trying to put together and it never gives you a perfect picture and landing spots

will help fill in in a little bit, but we're just trying to get as close to a clear picture

as we can at this point in the year, right? Yeah, all the information you can get. I mean,

at this point when we get close to the draft, we're probably get into the over-analyzing range, but I mean, that's just comes with, that's just the nature of the beast. That's football. Well, after you didn't give me a call or a text on that trip, it just means I'm going to have to be extra hard on you today, I think, when we disagree over some of these players. before we get into that, though, this is your weekly reminder.
