But I had to be healthy. I had to get ready because I really wanted to broadcast with you guys today. How are you guys doing?

I'm glad you're on the on the men their worm. I guess my first question for you is

Was it the the fire for the 10 pounds that you lose?

It's always a nice crash diet when you get the GI bug and you're like well, that's one way to go

I lost six pounds in about 36 hours, which I was happy with that number

Erickson how you doing? I'm doing great. I'm enjoying this warm weather that we're having here in New England

I love the warm weather. So doing great. I've got a rare cold rainy day out here in Denver

So we got the reverse weather of what I would normally expect

It's it's been raining for like two straight days, which is two days more than usually get a rain in a month out here

So it's been kind of gross, but we are happy we are ready to be recording here today talking a little draft or pass

The premise of the show today is essentially you guys are on the clock at 80 p for these players

We're going to run through this 12 players. We're going to talk about now. You're going to draft or pass on them at 80 p

We will jump right in because we want to get through all these players pretty quickly today
