Sometime around 2008, I was listening to a skate pod and encountered Norm's voice as either a guest

reader or a guest singer, I can't remember which.

I was promised content that would be both funny and weird

if I would just follow him home to the drabble cast,

and I was a lot less cautious back then,

so I did that.

After listening to Norm tell me stories about

tape worms, alien brain eggs and clowns,

I said to myself, I should definitely ask this guy to voice a character in my full cast

epic because there are tape worms in that too.

I emailed him and said something like, hey, I'd love to cast you as my charismatic

sociopathic sometimes hero, sometimes villain Fox person in a high-seiz

adventure with dragons. The story is about a bajillion words long and FYI there's some gay stuff,

why you down for that? To my shock he said sure. So we embarked on a five year

production called the Guild of the Cowry Catchers, which wrapped up in 2014,

and which you can still find in podcast form, as well as a remastered, shiner, audible edition.
