We bring you a classic golden age tale this week of forgotten places and desert horrors unseen unseen.

And when you listen to this one, if you're like me,

you really have to imagine this as the genre's first

stab at the Tremors Mythos

in the really early days of the franchise.

But I'm not going to spoil it or anything.

I'm just saying, if scary stuff trying to get you

from underneath the ground is where you draw the line,

you might want to think about turning this one up because I would think you'd want to

know more about that subject better since it's what you dread the most. But that's

just me and I don't have a problem with them. In fact ask anyone that's my

favorite genre of scary stuff trying to get

you, the underneath the ground kind. So now if anything, I'm starting to get disappointed.

I've brought them up in the first place because now I'm all excited about them and

there's nothing remotely like tremors in this story.

Which is why you have to imagine this as the genre's first stab at it.

Because it's not that story. Not on its own.

But no one can stop you from doing what you want to do with the worms you dare to dream

Least of all Edmund Hamilton who was by the way a popular author of science fiction stories and novels throughout the mid 20th century.
