When was the last time you told a family member you loved them? It turns out that is not such a simple question. In fact, just the thought of that question brought so many women to tears this past weekend.

Over the last few days, I had the pleasure of bringing together an absolutely incredible group of healers, practitioners, experts, and speakers,

along with 150 new friends at our very first Making space wellness weekend and the results

a weekend of healing of growth of trying new things of finding our way home to ourselves

so I would like to share some of the conversations from this weekend and the knowledge we gain with all of you.

Starting with my next guest, Dr. Wendy Suzuki is the real deal.

She's a world-renowned neuroscientist and the Dean of Arts and Sciences at

New York University. She shares practical tips and fascinating insights that

will empower all of us to take control of our mind

and focus on ways we can improve our brain function.

And her personal story of breaking a generational pattern

with three simple words brought the entire audience to tears.

And what I love the most about Wendy, she has a passion for what she does.

She was born to do this work and she has an important message to share and here it is.
