0:44.7	pandemic here on Hell in High Water to get a clear view of the situation currently, the
0:48.8	good, the less good, the bad, and the horrific, as well as a sense of the medium and longer-term
0:53.6	future we all face and do that, we have with us two brilliant medical minds who spend their
0:58.9	days and nights on the front lines of the COVID fight.

1:06.1	who served as the health commissioner for the city of Baltimore.
1:09.1	That would be Dr. Lena Wen.
1:11.0	The state of the crusade to vaccinate America is mixed because on the one hand we have
1:16.2	done a tremendous job in overcoming the first two obstacles, which is getting supply of
1:21.1	the vaccine and administering the vaccine.
1:23.9	On the other hand, we're now facing a wall of vaccine hesitancy and I am not convinced
1:29.2	that we are going to reach anywhere close to her immunity in 2021.
1:33.8	Our second guest today is a pulmonary and critical care physician and affiliate assistant
1:38.2	professor of health metric sciences at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation
