Well, this is one of our favorites. Every month we get to have our good friend Dr. Troy Sprole on the

show to talk about health in the healing process. We believe so strongly that God wants you well,

that he wants you to flourish so you can show up in life feeling like your best self, being

present, energized, hopeful, expectant. As someone who knows what it's like to go

day after day after day, feeling so crummy, it takes a ton of energy to do that. And you end up

having to do so many workarounds that I just really don't think are always have to be the case.

I think we never stop fighting and contending for flourishing health. And I just think there's

sometimes a belief that you're stuck and that there is no way out.

But there's always a way out.

Dr. Teraw always says if you're not getting the right answer, ask a better question.

So we're going to not take text questions because we have a backlog of so many questions that have come in over the text line.

So we're going to really spend the hour covering those.

We'll talk about gut health.
