And today, we're going to kick off our conversation.

I always ask Doc what he wants to talk about, and he, you know, most times brings back a topic

based on some of the things

he's seeing in his practice. But today we're going to talk about how the lives we believe

directly impact our health. But we'll also answer your questions. And I just want to say there

is kind of a consistent pattern with when the questions come in. Everybody's pretty quiet for

about 37 minutes. And then, you know,

the last 23 minutes, they come flooding in and we cannot possibly get to them all. So if you're a
